Our Specialty Department is an extension of that commitment, providing expert support in key areas like endocrinology, genetics, and nutrition & diabetes management. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition or exploring treatment options, our team is here to help you take the next step in your health journey with clarity, compassion, and convenience.
We’re staffed by board-certified physicians, registered dietitians, and licensed counselors who are experienced, approachable, and deeply committed to your care. Working hand in hand with your MPCP primary care provider, we provide added support where you need it most.
Looking for care? Our endocrinology and genetics teams are accepting referrals for patients 18+. Our nutrition and diabetes education team accepts any patients, including pediatric patients, with a referral from their primary care or other healthcare provider.

Our Specialty Department works closely with your primary care providers to coordinate your care. Depending on the specialty and your individual needs, your provider may refer you for additional evaluation, testing, counseling, or ongoing management.
Most first appointments require a referral from your primary care provider or another referring healthcare provider. If you have questions about scheduling or whether a referral is needed, our team is happy to help.
Specialty Services We Offer
Endocrinology: Our endocrinologists diagnose and manage hormonal conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, and pituitary conditions. Working closely with your primary care provider, they develop personalized treatment plans to help you manage complex endocrine conditions.
Genetics: Our genetics team provides risk assessments and genetic counseling to help patients better understand inherited conditions, interpret genetic test results, and make informed healthcare decisions.
Nutrition and Diabetes Education: Our registered dietitians and diabetes educators provide individualized nutrition counseling, diabetes self-management education, and group diabetes education classes. Whether you’re managing diabetes, starting a GLP-1 medication, or working to improve your nutrition after a chronic disease diagnosis, our team offers practical guidance and support. Services are available both in person and virtually.

Our team works closely with your care providers to deliver coordinated, personalized specialty care. To schedule your first appointment, a referral from your primary care provider or another referring healthcare provider is typically required.
