How to Best Communicate with your Care Team
Need to get medical advice? We want to help you in the safest way possible. MyChart (formerly known as MPCP MyPortfolio) is excellent for simple, non-urgent questions. Please keep these key points about portal messaging in mind:
- It is not instant communication. Your care team may not see your message for several business days.
- It does not replace the need for a visit with your clinician.
- It is a permanent part of your medical record.
- This is not the place for questions or information about family members or friends.
NOTICE: As of August 16, 2024, MPCP’s MyPortfolio has been re-named MyChart! There are no functionality changes to the Patient Portal, only branding and cosmetic changes, and you do not have to re-download the mobile app. If you have any questions, please contact: [email protected] or call 844-281-8667.
