In case of inclement weather and the office needs to close, patients with existing appointments may be able to be seen with a telemedicine visit – our office will contact you the day of the appointment and help you check-in. It is possible that you may be able to be seen earlier than your scheduled appointment time.

The Columbia office is pleased to announce that to better meet the needs of our patients the Columbia providers, including Dr. Diener, have moved to a new, larger facility.

(The building is just off Snowden River Parkway)
Please note that our Columbia Cardiology practice (Dr. Jackson) is still at the Suite 205 location.
