Your Telemedicine Video Visit with MPCP is Private, Secure and Protected
During this coronavirus pandemic, MPCP is committed to continuing to provide care to our patients. We are fully available to address your ongoing medical issues or evaluate new concerns. You may be assessed by an in-person office visit or a telemedicine visit through innovative audio and video tools such as Zoom, Skype, Google Duo and others.
As your primary care provider, Maryland Primary Care Physicians is concerned about the safety of your information during telemedicine video visits. We are primarily using a licensed version of the Zoom platform that is HIPAA compliant and provides additional security. Our IT department follows FBI recommendations for the added security of your medical information. Prior to your telemedicine video visit for all platforms, the MPCP staff will provide you with detailed instructions that will ensure your telemedicine visit is private and protected.
