New Check-In and Waiting Room Policies

To help continue to keep everyone safe, comply with CDC guidelines/recommendations, and to increase the amount of patients in the waiting room, we are asking the following from our patients, guests, and staff:

• Those who are unvaccinated please check-in, provide a good cell phone number to our front staff, and proceed to wait in your car or outside until you are called for your appointment.
• Those who are vaccinated may wait in our waiting room in designated area/seats.

Please feel free to discuss any questions, concerns, or inquiries about our COVID-19 vaccine policy with your provider. (We have the Moderna vaccine here at the office if you would like to obtain during your appointment.)
