Victor M. Plavner, M.D.
Dr. Plavner is a Maryland Primary Care Physicians, LLC partner and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He attended the University of Louvain, Brussels, Belgium and the George Washington University Medical Center, receiving his medical degree in 1982. He completed his residency program in Family Practice at Franklin Square Hospital Center in 1984.
