MPCP Glen Burnie Welcomes Hilda Raisch, CRNP

Hilda Raisch, CRNP is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in Family Medicine, and is trained in all aspects of primary care. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Famliy Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in 2019, and brings 17 years of nursing experience. Hilda is passionate about providing comprehensive, evidence-based care that can help patients live their best life.

Ms. Raisch provides high-quality medical care to patients 16 years of age and older. We welcome the addition of this bright, enthusiastic provider to our practice!

MPCP Queenstown Welcomes Aja Errera, CRNP

Aja Errera, CRNP received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Bowie State University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Spring Arbor University. She is certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Family Nurse Practitioner.

In 2020, Ms. Errera was nominated for the Exemplary Professional Practice Award and the ANA Star Nurses Award for excellence in nursing.

MPCP Columbia Welcomes Jennifer Case, CRNP

Jennifer Case, CRNP is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is trained in all aspects of primary care. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree, as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University College of Nursing in 2020. Jennifer brings over 20 years experience in healthcare, and is passionate about providing comprehensive, evidence-based care that can help patients live their best life.

Ms. Case provides high-quality medical care to adult patients with acute and chronic health conditions. We welcome the addition of this bright, enthusiastic provider to our practice!

MPCP Arundel Mills Welcomes George Abraham, M.D.

Dr. Abraham is board-eligible with the American Board of Internal Medicine and is trained in all aspects of adult primary care. He received his medical degree from St. George’s University, School of Medicine and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Redmond Regional Medical Center, where he was Chief Medical Resident. His patient centered approach is focused on partnering with you to improve your health and well being.
