Michelle Lubin serves as Compliance Manager at Physicians Management Group (PMG), overseeing compliance and health information management for Maryland Primary Care Physicians. Michelle joined MPCP in 2025.

Michelle chose a career in healthcare because she wanted to make a meaningful impact on people during some of their most vulnerable moments. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and hiking Maryland’s many trails.
