Joseph Agostino serves as Chief Financial Officer at Physicians Management Group (PMG), overseeing Finance, Human Resources, Billing, and Coding for Maryland Primary Care Physicians. Joseph joined PMG in 2025 and uses his financial expertise to strengthen systems that improve access to care, support physicians, and help patients more easily engage with their providers.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in Baltimore and Annapolis with his wife and two daughters, as well as cooking and home improvement projects.
