Rhonda Stenson, PHR, MBA, serves as Director of Human Resources at Physicians Management Group (PMG), overseeing Human Resources for Maryland Primary Care Physicians. She joined the organization in 2016 and leads recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce development initiatives that support MPCP’s mission. She is committed to cultivating a professional, supportive workplace culture where team members can thrive. Her commitment to compassionate care goes back to her days as a candy striper, where she first saw the powerful impact kindness can have on those in need.

Drawn to helping others, Rhonda values supporting employees so they can focus on delivering excellent care to patients and families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking walks with her dog, Cody.
