Jennifer Scheffers serves as Director of Operations at Physicians Management Group (PMG), overseeing operational functions for Maryland Primary Care Physicians. Since joining MPCP in 2013, she has focused on strengthening processes that support clinical excellence and enhance patient care. She began her healthcare career as a medical assistant, gaining hands-on experience in Urology, Urgent Care, and Primary Care—experience that shaped her understanding of provider and patient needs.

Jennifer is motivated by the opportunity to support people when they need help the most. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her sons at their high school and college football games. One of their favorite family traditions is walking through John Downs Park together and grabbing snowballs in Ferndale afterward.
