Dr. Chite joined Maryland Primary Care Physicians, LLC in 2011 and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He received his medical degree from American University of the Caribbean, Saint Maarten, N.A. in 2005 and completed his residency program in Family Medicine at Creighton University Medical Center in 2011.

Dr. Carter is a Maryland Primary Care Physicians, LLC partner and is certified by the American Board of Family Physicians. She received her medical degree from University of South Florida College of Medicine in 2001 and completed her residency program in Family Medicine at Portsmouth Family Medicine, Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2004.

Dr. Plavner is a Maryland Primary Care Physicians, LLC partner and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He attended the University of Louvain, Brussels, Belgium and the George Washington University Medical Center, receiving his medical degree in 1982. He completed his residency program in Family Practice at Franklin Square Hospital Center in 1984.
