Dear MPCP Hanover Patient,

Our office is open and ready to serve you! We are here to help schedule the type of visit that best suits your needs. We are actively seeing patients, both in the office and via telemedicine.

We continue to do everything possible to keep our office, staff and patients safe and in a clean environment. Our providers and staff follow all CDC guidelines, regarding masks, protective gear, daily temperature checks and social distancing.

All patients are screened when they schedule an appointment and again when they arrive at the office to maintain the safety and protection of our patients and staff. We ask that if you do develop symptoms, if you have a pending COVID test, or if you have been exposed in any way, that you please give our office a call to update your PCP. Patient rooms are being completely sanitized after every visit. Patients are being asked to please check in from their vehicles upon arrival and will be called and directed to come into the office as soon as the room is cleaned and available. Patients coming for lab visits only will do the same check in process, but they will then be directed to go to our designated lab rooms (give office a call for details of where this is located). This is all in an effort to keep our waiting room closed, with as little traffic as possible, in order to follow the CDC guidelines of social distancing. Furthermore, we ask that only the patient who is being seen come in for the visit, unless necessary due to age or disability.
