Dr. Grigorova joined Maryland Primary Care Physicians in 2026 and practices out of the Columbia office. She is dedicated to caring for the whole person, building lasting relationships with her patients, and helping them stay healthy through prevention and long-term partnership in their care.

A Career Rooted in Connection and Care

Dr. Grigorova was drawn to medicine because she wanted “the opportunity to combine science, problem-solving, and meaningful patient relationships.” Her grandfather’s heart attack sparked an early interest in medicine, and a love of natural sciences throughout school set her on the path to becoming a physician. “I chose primary care because I value caring for the whole person, building long-term connections with patients, and focusing on prevention and overall wellness.”

Why Dr. Grigorova Loves Primary Care

Listening First: She explains, “Early in my training, I realized that patients often tell you exactly what matters most if you take the time to listen carefully and make them feel heard.”

Building Trust: “My approach to care is centered on listening to patients, building trust, and working together to support their long-term health and well-being.”

Prevention-Focused: “I’m excited that more and more people focus on preventive care and earlier detection of disease through routine screening and risk-based approaches.”

Exploring Maryland: Dr. Grigorova enjoys spending time at the Fells Point waterfront and walking up through the harbor to Federal Hill. She also loves Centennial Park for its trails and peaceful atmosphere.

Family Time: Outside of work, she can be found playing mini golf with her 5-year-old son. One of her favorite family traditions is visiting Longwood Gardens during the holiday season for the winter light display.

Inspired By: “My family inspires me outside of medicine, especially time spent with my son, which keeps me grounded and reminds me of what matters most.”

Fun Fact: She’s a surprisingly skilled cupcake decorator!

Dream Trip: Australia – she’d love to see its unique wildlife, “including many species that are found nowhere else in the world.”
