Carla Varnum, RN, is Director of Administrative Services. A Registered Nurse, Ms. Varnum''s department is responsible for regulatory compliance oversight in the areas of OSHA, credentialing, MCO contract administration and liaison, patient satisfaction surveys, peer review, in-service education, data analysis, and medical management of full risk contracts. An honors graduate of Belleville Area College in Nursing, she also attended University of Maryland. Most recently, she was the assistant practice administrator for LMC Medical Group and the practice manager and nurse educator for Pasadena Family Practice Group. She is a member of National and State Medical Group Management Association and the National Association of Physicians Office Nurses.
