In April 2007, Maryland Primary Care Physicians in conjunction with The Rotary Foundation & Rotary International provided a study exchange to a group of physicians from Russia.  The instruction was focused on the US Healthcare Delivery System; its key challenges and opportunities, as well Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and the significant impact technology will have on the future of healthcare in the US and around the world.
