Carol Fletcher, Director of Human Resources

Carol Fletcher is Director of Human Resources and her department is responsible for employee recruitment and review, benefits administration, development of employee programs and policies, and employee welfare initiatives. Carol has over ten years experience in the healthcare management field. Joining PMG in 1996, she was appointed Benefits Administrator in 1998 and Director of Human Resources in 2001. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and in 2006 earned the designation of Professional in Human Resources.
